Yes, the suitcases are clean. When a suitcase is returned to us we inspect the suitcases on any possible defects. After the inspection the suitcases will be thoroughly cleaned with detergent and finished off with an alcohol solution to disinfect.
The minimum rental period is 3 days.
The maximum rental period is 30 days. You can contact us via this form if you would like to rent the suitcase for a longer period.
This depends on our availability of suitcases at that time. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your pick-up date was planned. You can send us an email on info@switchcase.online or call/WhatsApp us on +31 612427425 with your name and booking number. We are happy to see what we can do for you.
Payment
Our payment options are iDeal, Credit Card, SEPA, Bancontact, Google Pay and Sofort. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation of the payment by email.
You can only pay directly after placing an order on our website. It is not possible to pay at the door.
No, you don’t have to pay a deposit.
No, these costs are calculated within the rental price.
Delivery & pick-up
We deliver suitcases by electric vehicle to reduce our carbon footprint. We bring the suitcase(s) right to your doorstep for your convenience.
After you’ve provided us with the preferred time of delivery we will send you a text with what time we will be at your selected location to deliver the suitcase(s). We are always striving to deliver on time, but sometimes we can defer 1 hour before or 1 hour after your selected time.
We will collect the suitcase(s) at the same location as where we delivered it. Make sure you take out all your belongings on time!
During your booking you can select the preferred date and time of pick-up.
We will send you a text with what time we will be at your selected location to pick-up the suitcase(s). We are always striving to be on time, but sometimes we can defer 1 hour before or 1 hour after your selected time.
Cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your order up to 3 days before selected delivery time.
Initially your order can not be canceled during the rental period, but you can always contact us on info@switchcase.online or call/WhatsApp us on +31 612427425 so we can find a suitable solution.
Service
If your suitcase is damaged upon delivery. Please let us know immediately and we will make sure you get a new suitcase delivered to your door.
If the suitcase gets damaged during the rental period you should let us know immediately via info@switchcase.online or call/WhatsApp us on +31 612427425 with your name, booking number and detailed description of the issue.
